IQCS 2.0 Webinar for Account Managers - February 19

IQCS Account Managers,

We are excited to announce that the new IQCS 2.0 platform will officially launch on March 2, 2026. This release brings several important enhancements designed to improve usability, streamline processes, and support users with a cleaner user interface.

To help everyone become familiar with the updated system, we have developed a series of instructional videos that walk through key features and navigation. These videos will be available on the NWCG IQCS website (https://iqcsweb.nwcg.gov) for easy access and ongoing reference.

In addition to the video series, a comprehensive user guide will be available to support users as they transition to the new platform.

The IQCS team is currently planning several TEAMS Webinar for account users prior to and after the launch date of March 2.

To support the launch, your agency’s leads are identifying regional and local early adopters that will be available to help you as a new user.

One of the most significant changes in IQCS 2.0 is the updated process for certifying qualification cards. Final certification will now occur directly within the system through a new designated role. Certifying officials will log in to complete the certification process which replaces the earlier method of printing and manually signing qualification cards.
