At the Fall 2023 IQCS Change Management Board (IQCSCMB) meeting the members approved a request to discontinue the requirement of submitting IQCS role-based user training certificates with the Standard User Account Request form to the help desk.
Beginning November 1st, 2023, IQCS standard user accounts (new or modifications) will no longer be required to include role-based user training certificates when submitting requests to the IQCS Help Desk. The IQCS Standard User Account Request form and the existing approval process continues to be a requirement of the agencies. The form has been updated to reflect the IQCSCMB decision and also include a section (Role-Base Training) for requestors to indicate the training completed.
The updated process and standard user account request form can be located in the usual location on the IQCS website (User Accounts > Standard User - Account Instructions).
