Cookie Error or Irregular Font Issues

Chrome Browser

Issues with cookies.object and/or invalid character set in Chrome

1. Open browser.
2. On the top right select the Customize and Control Google Chrome (three vertical dots).
3. Select History.
4. Select Clear browsing data. 
5. Select the Advance section.
6. Ensure that Cookies and other site data is selected.
7. Select Clear data button. 
8. Close Chrome browser. 
9. Re-open and test.         

Edge/IE Browser

Issues with cookies.object and/or invalid character set error in IE or Edge

1. Open browser.
2. On the top right select the Settings and more (three horizontal dots).
3. Select History.
4. Select the trash can icon. 
5. Ensure that Cookies and other site data is selected.
6. Select the Clear now button.
7. Close Edge/IE browser.
8. Re-open and test.
