07/02 at 0737 The 502 Bad Gateway error has been resolved. Users can access the application once again. Application staff is now working to now to get all the application processes and failed batch jobs from last night back up and running.
07/02 at 0632. We have been notified that users are getting a 502 Bad Gateway error when trying to access production this morning. Technical staff are working to resolve the issue.
