There is an issue between DOI and USDA that involves IPv6 and connecting to NIFCNET applications. We are working to resolve this issue. The current workaround is having Forest Service employees make a VPN connection even from the USDA network or, disconnect from the USDA network entirely and utilize a hotspot internet connection.
